​- Supervise, coordinate, and allocate all nursing staff across ER, ICU, Wards, and other units during night shift
- Conduct regular night rounds to monitor quality of care, patient safety, and staff performance
- Act as the first point of contact for all clinical, operational, and administrative issues during off-hours
- Coordinate patient flow: admissions, transfers, and discharges with ER and bed management
- Lead emergency response: Code Blue, rapid response, and crisis management
- Liaise with on-call physicians for urgent medical consultations
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, infection control, and Ministry of Public Health standards
- Handle patient and family complaints, and resolve staff conflicts
- Ensure proper handover and prepare detailed night report for the Day Supervisor and Nursing Director
- Train, mentor, and evaluate night shift nursing staff
Requirements
- BSN - Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Valid Lebanese Nursing License to practice (Colloquium)
- BLS and ACLS certified - mandatory
- Minimum 5 years of clinical hospital experience
- At least 2 years in a supervisory role (Charge Nurse / Head Nurse / Supervisor)
- Previous night shift experience is a strong plus
