INFECTION CONTROL NURSE

• Implement, monitor, and enforce the hospital's infection prevention and control program
  
• Perform daily surveillance of hospital-acquired infections and report findings
  
• Conduct regular infection control rounds and audits in all departments (ER, OR, ICU, etc.)
  
• Train all hospital staff on hand hygiene, PPE use, and isolation precautions
  
• Investigate infection outbreaks and implement corrective actions immediately
  
• Prepare monthly reports and participate in the Infection Control Committee
