Maintain, organize, and file all patient medical records and charts accurately
Review files to ensure completeness of all reports, signatures, and documentation
Ensure confidentiality and security of all medical records as per MOPH standards
Follow up with doctors and nurses regarding missing or incomplete documentation
Retrieve files and prepare medical reports upon official request
Enter data into the hospital information system (HIS)

- Nursing background is REQUIRED (BSN / RN / TS Nursing)

- Experience in Medical Records is a plus

- Good knowledge of medical terminology

- Organized, detail-oriented, computer literate
