Happy Valley Casino, located inside The Nittany Mall, has brought the region's first-ever gaming facility to life. Featuring over 600 slot machines, 30+ table games, cocktail service, and multiple dining venues, we're quickly becoming the premier entertainment destination in Happy Valley.

We're seeking motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented EVS (Environmental Services) Attendants to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our guests and team members. What You'll Do

As an EVS Attendant, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our property remains clean, inviting, and guest-ready at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform housekeeping and cleaning duties throughout public areas and back-of-house spaces.
• Sweep, mop, dust, and maintain floors, walls, fixtures, and other assigned areas.
• Empty, collect, and properly dispose of trash and recyclables throughout the property.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards in gaming, dining, restroom, hallway, and employee areas.
• Respond promptly to cleaning requests and service needs.
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to help provide a safe environment for guests and team members.
• Assist with special cleaning projects as directed by management.
• Promote outstanding guest service and positive interactions with guests and fellow team members.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous housekeeping, janitorial, environmental services, or custodial experience preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards.

Schedule & Physical Requirements

• Must be able to work any shift, including days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be available for on-call coverage as needed.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull cleaning equipment and supplies as needed.

Additional Information

Casino employees may be required to obtain a Pennsylvania Gaming License. The cost of licensure is covered by Happy Valley Casino.
