Guest Relations Representative, Full Time

Description

Guest Relations Representative will be responsible for greeting, directing, and checking-in visitors, outpatients, and vendors in a courteous, professional, and efficient manner. Candidate will be responsible for answering incoming phone calls, transferring calls to the appropriate parties, paging providers and other on-call personnel upon request, announcing/re-announcing emergency procedures/calls, and assisting with outgoing calls. 

Shift: M-F, 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM, rotating weekends

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or healthcare setting preferred.
• Bilingual preferred; the ability to understand, to make oneself understood to all Spanish speaking individuals, as well as able to read and write Spanish proficiently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Essential Physical Requirements

• Must possess full range of body motion to pass basic FIT test for position to include walking, kneeling, standing, pushing, pulling, bending, stooping, reaching and sitting for extended periods of time. 
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
