Summary: Provides nursing services to the Facility Based Crisis centers  Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provides medication administration, physical health assessment/ screening, communicates with MD/ NP/PA for orders, obtains samples, may provide individual, group and family education related to medications or physical health processes and subsequent paperwork. Participates in interdisciplinary treatment planning, case support activities Provides crisis intervention consultation to all members of the team Participates in peer review process All other duties as assigned by supervisor Supervisory Responsibilities:  May provide supervision as directed.
