WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

As a Medication Aide / Med Tech, you'll play an important role in helping our residents live safely, comfortably, and with dignity.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting residents with self-administration of medications in accordance with Virginia regulations and community policies.

• Accurately documenting medication assistance and resident care.

• Providing assistance with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.

• Monitoring residents and communicating changes or concerns to nursing leadership.

• Developing positive relationships with residents, families, and coworkers.

• Supporting activities that encourage resident engagement and well-being.

• Helping maintain a safe, welcoming, and comfortable community.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Current Virginia Medication Aide / RMA Certification – Required

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Ability to successfully complete required background screenings.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Dependable, compassionate, and resident-focused.

• Experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care is a plus!
