Job Details: Job Location: Adair County Health Center Inc DBA Memorial Hospital - Stilwell, OK, Salary Range: Undisclosed, The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) under direct supervision of the Registered Nurse/Physician assesses care plans, implements, and documents and evaluates the nursing care for a group of assigned patients in the health care system.  The LPN supports medical care as directed by the medical staff and pursuant to objective, goals and policies of the hospital.Qualifications: Current, unencumbered licensure to practice as a LPN in the state of Oklahoma.  Maintains current CPR, ACLS, PALS and other certifications as required for position.
