The position available is for a Cashier responsible for providing fast and friendly checkout services to customers.
Candidates should possess good customer service skills and be able to perform basic math operations.
The job requires the ability to lift 25 lbs and involves physical activities such as standing, reaching, and bending.
This role includes handling cash, restocking supplies, and assisting with bagging groceries when necessary.

Duties:

-Provides fast and friendly check out services for customers.

-Assists customers with questions about store

-Scans and/or weighs products during the checkout process

-Handles cash and other forms of payment properly

-Maintains a neat and clean work area

-Restocks register supplies

-Performs “go-backs” of returned or abandoned merchandise

-Bags groceries when necessary or assists Courtesy Clerk in doing so

-Other duties as assigned

Abilities:

Good customer service skills. Able to read, write and perform basic math problems (counting, addition, subtraction).

Physical Requirements: Able to lift 25 lbs, work includes standing, reaching, twisting, bending, stooping, squatting and kneeling.
