Ticket Seller

Summary

Legends Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an excellent and immediate opening for Ticket Seller at the Stockton Complex. The Ticket Seller is responsible for selling tickets / entry to the general public using Ticketmaster on a computer, while also providing general information to guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Selling tickets/entry to the general public from Adventist Health Arena and Bob Hope Theatre
• Assist guests at the Ticket Office Will-Call window and resolve all issues/problems
• Assist with restocking of Ticket Office supplies
• Follow all operational policies and procedures for Ticket Office operations
• Assist in reception coverage, performing general clerical duties including answering phone calls and providing customer service
• Other duties as deemed necessary or as directed by a manager

Supervisory Responsibilities    

There are no supervisory responsibilities for this position.

Qualifications

• Must be enthusiastic and guest services oriented
• Must be computer literate and able to maintain a guest friendly demeanor at all times
• Experience cash handling and strong math aptitude required
• Strong customer service experience, with aptitude to resolve conflicts
• Proven ability to attend to details
• Proven job reliability and diligence
• Must be flexible with working nights, weekends and holidays
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus

Education and/or Experience        

• High School Degree or GED

Skills and Abilities

• Customer service experience required

Computer Skills  

• Knowledge of computerized ticketing desired but not necessary

Other Qualifications 

• Must have the ability to work at a fast pace while providing a guest friendly demeanor at all times

Compensation

The hourly rate for this position is $17.75
