POSITION SUMMARY

To provide our customers with a high level of service, that includes proper maintenance, adjustment, and instruction of all rental equipment. This is a seasonal position with full-time and part-time opportunities available, compensated at $20.00/hr.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Constant interaction with the guests, while maintaining a courteous and professional attitude

Ensure proper rental procedures are followed with each guest; confirm information on waiver is accurate, equipment is all scanned, and DINs are set correctly to skis

Instruct customers in the correct use of the equipment

Must maintain a safe, healthy and orderly workstation

General knowledge of Stratton Mountain Resort

Basic repairs and tuning on all rental equipment

Additional duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS

No experience required

Strong customer service skills

Must be able to work closely with guests and co-workers

Must pass the binding manufacturer exam

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS

This position will be required to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
