Position Title: Broadband Internet Technician

Job Summary: We are seeking skilled and dedicated Broadband Internet Technicians to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the installation and service of coaxial broadband and WiFi networks, including residential or commercial buildings. This role requires a strong focus on quality and customer service, as well as the ability and desire to work both indoors and outdoors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and service broadband networks in residential and commercial settings.
  • Perform installation and troubleshooting
  • Conduct site surveys to determine the best installation practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to broadband networks.
  • Ensure all installations meet company standards and customer expectations.
  • Maintain accurate records of installations and services performed.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working on-site.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in the installation and service of broadband and WiFi networks.
  • Proficiency in installation of modems, routers and wireless devices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications:
