Our internship program gives students a chance to meet new people, gain more experience, and learn from the best in the business! Our interns are treated like full-time Partners who work 40 hours a week during the 3-month summer program, are compensated, and based out of headquarters in Strongsville, Ohio.  The Internal Audit Intern will report to the Internal Audit Team Lead and will have the opportunity to be a productive member of the Department. Using the 13-Step Audit Methodology, the candidate will learn how to conduct audits from start to finish. Complete audit testing as assigned. Opportunity to work with various areas of the company. Collaborate with other departments and leaders to implement corrective action. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Learn and apply internal audit methodology. Conduct audit testing. Create/update audit scope and testing plans to ensure internal controls are functioning as intended. Research assignments. Prepare the audit report at the conclusion of a project by accurately stating findings and observations and providing suggested corrective action. QualificationsSKILLS REQUIRED Attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to multitask Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong critical thinking and analytical skills. Inquisitive EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE College student with an Accounting, Business, Law or Finance major, or has an interest in Internal Audit.
