Location: Mariner Sands Country Club Golf Course

Part-Time, Seasonal

Requires weekday and weekend availability

Job Description:

Mariner Sands Country Club is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our Outside Operations team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the golf course and providing exceptional service to our members and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with the daily setup and maintenance of the golf course

- Provide excellent customer service to members and guests

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the golf cart staging area

- Ensure golf carts are clean, charged, and ready for use

- Assist with the management of practice facilities

- Support the golf operations team with various tasks as needed

Skills and Qualifications:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

- Basic knowledge of golf operations is a plus

- Excellent customer service skills

- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Requirements

Qualification Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time

• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays

• Prior golf course experience preferred

• Knowledge of the game of golf preferred

• Attention to detail

• Strong organizational, planning and prioritization skills

• Excellent service and customer focused attitude

• Excellent communication skills
