KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Development & Account Management: Actively hunt and develop new business opportunities, maintaining direct ownership of key accounts within the Bakery, Ingredients & Specialty (BIS) segment.
Pastry Technical Consultation: Serve as the primary technical subject matter expert, providing specialized technical advice and culinary solutions to support the Food Service sales team and client base.
Product Demonstrations: Plan and execute high-impact product demonstrations to showcase raw material performance, application techniques, and product advantages to prospective and existing clients.
Recipe & Application Development: Conceptualize and craft innovative recipes and tailored product applications to support customer menu design and drive ingredient adoption.
Customer Conversion & Pipeline Growth: Partner closely with internal sales teams to convert leads into active accounts, expanding market presence across new and existing customer portfolios.
REQUIREMENTS & PERSONAL TRAITS
Commercial Drive: Strong "hunter" mindset with a target-driven orientation and a proven ability to convert sales opportunities.
Technical Expertise: Hands-on professional background in pastry arts, bakery applications, and technical food service consulting.
Client Engagement: Excellent presentation, communication, and demonstration skills to engage chefs, purchasing managers, and key food service stakeholders.
Commercial Acumen: Ability to align culinary artistry with commercial goals to solve customer challenges and increase product usage.
