Sentara BelleHarbour, located in Suffolk, VA, is seeking a Flexi/PRN CT Technologist to join our team! In this role, you will provide coverage at both the BelleHarbour and St. Luke’s locations.

Overview

​Provide quality Computed Tomography (CT) Imaging to patients under the direction of a supervising physician with adherence to the required protocol standards. Performs Computed Tomography (CT) per protocol under the direction of a qualified physician; provides patient and family education; operates equipment safely; completes department documentation; maintains all equipment to be clean and operational; maintains adequate supply inventory for performing examinations. Follow radiation safety regulatory guidelines. Administration of CT Contrast per protocol. Ā 

Education

  • Trade School GraduateĀ  - Radiologic TechnologyĀ (Required)

Certification/Licensure

  • ARRT or CNMT (Required)

The Advanced Imaging Center at BelleHarbour is conveniently located on the campus of Sentara BelleHarbour in Western Tidewater. The center is home to a 3T MRI, CT, PET CT, full digital mammography, ultrasound, bone densitometry, PVL (vascular imaging services), non-invasive cardiac diagnostic testing, and digital X-ray. Physicians and patients also benefit from the expertise of our sub-specialized radiologists who ensure accurate results from the high quality images. Our sub-specialties include women’s imaging, musculoskeletal (MSK), body and neuroradiology.
