Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – Home Health (PRN)
Position Summary:
Trinity Rehab is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our Home Health team on a PRN basis in Suffolk, VA. This role involves delivering high-quality, patient-centered care under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to help patients regain independence and improve their daily living skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services as outlined in the patient’s plan of care
- Collaborate with the Occupational Therapist to implement treatment plans
- Assist patients in improving functional abilities and independence in daily activities
- Document patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising therapist
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards

Requirements
- Current certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
- Active state license in Virginia
- Previous home health experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
