Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • 3–5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably supporting multi-unit retail or restaurant operations
  • Experience managing employee relations and workplace investigations
  • Knowledge of labor and employment laws affecting restaurant environments
  • Experience working with HRIS and workforce management systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams; ability to analyze data, create reports, and develop presentations
