Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Retail Supply Chain Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in supply chain management and data analytics to optimize inventory, streamline processes, and enhance overall supply chain efficiency. Your insights will directly contribute to our operational success and customer satisfaction.
Duties
- Analyze supply chain data using tools such as Excel to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with teams to develop demand planning and production schedules.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement process improvements using methodologies like Six Sigma, Lean manufacturing, Kaizen, and continuous improvement strategies.
- Monitor inventory levels and control inventory through effective inventory management practices, ensuring optimal stock levels across all locations.
- Support procurement activities by analyzing purchasing patterns and supplier performance to optimize supply chain operations.
- Utilize systems to streamline order processing, production planning, and logistics workflows.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on supply chain performance metrics to inform strategic decision-making.
Qualifications

- Proven experience with supply chain analytics tools such as Excel.
- Strong understanding of demand planning, inventory control, procurement, and logistics processes.
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies including Six Sigma, Lean manufacturing, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis and develop actionable solutions.
- Knowledge of manufacturing environments and production planning is highly desirable.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating across departments and presenting data-driven insights.
