Upholstery Cushion Coverer

Sportsman Boats Mfg. is looking to add a Cushion Coverer to our Upholstery Department. In this role you'll play an important part in bringing the interior of our boats to life by transforming cut fabrics, patterns, and cushion materials into finished, high-quality cushions ready for the assembly line.

What You'll Do:

• Stuff and fit cushions according to patterns
• Cover cushions with fabric and securely staple materials to the framework
• Button and finish cushions for installation in our boats
• Inspect finished cushions for defects, damage, or stains
• Maintain Sportsman Boats' high standards for quality and craftsmanship
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
• Work independently and as part of a team to keep production moving

• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Ability to stand and work with your hands and arms for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to bend, kneel, reach, grip, push, pull, and perform other physical movements throughout the day
• High school diploma or equivalent

• Bilingual Spanish/English and marine or boating industry experience are a plus!
