At least three years of warehouse, inventory, shipping and receiving, or manufacturing material-handling experience, including at least one year in a supervisory or team lead role.

Experience with inventory transactions, cycle counts, shipping documents, barcode scanning, and ERP or warehouse management systems.

Support the assigned shift, with flexibility for overtime, weekends, or schedule changes based on production and shipping needs.

Performance Measures

Performance will be evaluated against established goals for inventory accuracy, cycle count completion, timely material delivery, shipping accuracy, material damage, employee training, and adherence to safe work practices.
