Our guests visit us for pain relief, stress management, recovery, and relaxation. As a Massage Therapist, you'll build meaningful client relationships and create customized treatment plans that help guests achieve their wellness goals.
Responsibilities
- Design customized treatment plans based on each client's individual needs
- Deliver exceptional service through a professional and caring approach
- Build client relationships that encourage referrals and membership growth
- Maintain treatment room cleanliness and professional spa standards
- Collaborate with team members to create an outstanding guest experience
Qualifications
- Active North Carolina Massage Therapy License required
- Liability insurance required
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, management, and teammates
- Swedish Massage experience required
- Experience with Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Trigger Point, Myofascial, Neuromuscular, Craniosacral, or Reiki is a plus, but not required
- Passion for wellness and a genuine belief in the healing benefits of massage therapy
