What You'll Be Doing

• Perform preventive, scheduled, and emergency maintenance on production equipment, including conveyors, pumps, fillers, agitators, motors, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

• Conduct preventive maintenance and identify potential equipment issues proactively.

• Collaborate with team members to prioritize work orders and maintain workflow efficiency.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues to maximize equipment reliability, production uptime, and operational efficiency.

• Maintain detailed service records while adhering to all safety standards and procedures.

What Are We Looking For

• Apply mechanical aptitude to diagnose, repair, and maintain mobile equipment and mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, utilizing diagnostic tools, technical manuals, welding (wire feed and rod), oxy-acetylene, and plasma cutting equipment.

• Ability to detect, isolate, and identify irregularities and malfunctions in machinery and equipment.

• Strong commitment to safety practices and equipment reliability.

• Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

• Effective communication and collaboration skills within a team setting.

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
