Your tasks

  • Plan, manage, and deliver lean production operations to annually produce high performance seat structures for OEM/Tier I customer seating structures applications by supervising/leading a large team of engineers, technicians, production supervisors, and production operators; managing end to end industrialization and launch activities; and by exercising key engineering control and responsibility for each component and system production line, including leading personnel planning and production time analyses; corrective actions coordination; work instructions revisions and updates; quality containment and corrective process plans; process and machinery capability validations; and audits relating to IATF 16949 Quality Management System. Redirect resources to develop solutions that eliminate process errors. Manage and assure business plan, customer and internal project milestones aligned with timelines, production volume, profit objectives/budgets, cost/performance targets, Methods-Time Measurement (MTM), manpower, quality, customer KPIs, internal/customer quality and environmental requirements.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related.
  • Sixty months’ experience as Engineer, Production Team Manager or Supervisor, or Project Manager or Supervisor, or related, exercising engineering control and responsibility for component or system production line including leading personnel planning and production time analyses; corrective actions coordination; quality containment and corrective process plans; and process and machinery capability validations, or related.
