Job DetailsJob Location: Florida FFT (204139) - Sunrise, FL 33351Position Type: Full Time RegularSalary Range: $56,000.00 - $56,000.00 Salary/yearPOSITION Summary: The Functional Family Therapy (FFT) Clinical Supervisor is responsible for providing, at minimum, weekly one-hour, home-based family therapy sessions to clients. This position also provides clinical support and guidance to the Functional Family Therapist. The Functional Family Therapy Clinical Supervisor (FFT) must maintain a flexible work schedule that may include working hours other than regular work schedule and evenings, weekends and holidays.  Essential FUNCTIONS: Carry caseload as assigned. Provide home-based functional family therapy to families. Actively participate as part of the therapy team. Participate in on going FFT training and consultation. Assist families by actively referring them to appropriate services and supports. Assist families with both clinical and concrete services. Perform basic accountability tasks related to the job, which include compiling and maintaining all necessary records. Regular and punctual attendance. Monitor documentation by staff and respond as needed to ensure all hard copy and electronic records are maintained according to FFT Southwest Key Programs quality performance standards. Monitor the delivery of FFT therapeutic curriculums to ensure fidelity. Provide regular clinical consultations and client case reviews. Maintain open, consistent, and effective communication with FFT Program Director and Regional Executive Director, program staff and funding/contract source.  Maintain required licensure and/or certifications as needed.  Able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned.  Must be prepared to administer Handle with Care techniques to youth and adults regardless of the time of day or hour of the shift, the size of the youth, or the staff's level of personal fatigue. In the event of an emergency, immediately respond (i.e. run, jump, kneel, etc.) to the scene and provide care and/or supervision to preserve the safety and wellbeing of youth and adults. Must be physically able to run, jump, lunge, twist, push, pull, know and apply Company approved physical intervention techniques and otherwise manage or coerce the full weight of an adolescent. Must be physically and mentally able to manage any youth who is uncooperative, violent, or display any other form of harmful or threatening behavior. Operate a motor vehicle on public roads to transport youths as required by the position. QualificationsEDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND REQUIREMENTS: Education Requirements: Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, marriage and family therapy, social work or other relevant human service professions. Experience Requirements: one (1) year experience in children and family services.  Appropriate business apparel. Ability to clearly read, write, and communicate information to internal and external stakeholders. Requires computer proficiency and the ability to effectively operate standard office equipment. Obtain and maintain Handle with Care certification as required by funder. Maintain a valid driver's license and status as a qualified driver under the Company’s Vehicle Safety Guidebook standards. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: This position involves daily interaction at various client locations, with work schedules subject to change based on operational needs. The work environment may include noise levels ranging from mild to moderate. Essential functions of the position require extended periods of driving, exposure to varying weather conditions, and the physical ability to bend, stoop, climb, and lift up to 20 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
