About the location:

About the role:
The Door Attendant will Assist the residents with unloading groceries, parcels, and luggage.  Assists by opening front door, and assures to assist all residents when needed.

What you will do:

• Greets and assists residents and guests when they arrive.

• Assist with delivering packages to residences.

• Opens Residence doors for all residents and guests and gives verbal welcome by name, assisting with groceries.

• Provides residents and guests with directions, recommendations, and information about the city and its attractions. Handles all resident and guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible. 

• Resolves customer complaints, assists customers in all inquiries in connection with Residence and hotel services.

What you bring:

• College Education

• 1 to 2 years as a Bell Attendant or Door Attendant for the Four Seasons or in the luxury hospitality industry preferred

Schedule & Hours:

• Full Time (mornings, days, evenings, weekends and holidays.)
