About the Role:

Belfast Station in Sussex, WI is looking for an enthusiastic and friendly Server to join our team! Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests in a warm, friendly, and timely manner
Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
Deliver food and drinks promptly, ensuring order accuracy and presentation
Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, specials, and beverages
Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience and address any concerns
Process payments accurately and efficiently
Maintain a clean and organized section, including table resets and side work
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service

Requirements:

Previous serving or restaurant experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and stay composed in a high-volume environment
Positive, team-oriented attitude with a guest-first mindset
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Must meet minimum age requirements for serving alcohol per Wisconsin state law
Food handler certification or willingness to obtain one
