JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a competent individual to be part of our food & beverage team. Responsible for mixing, serving drinks, and providing the food service needs for their guests. Keep accurate records of inventory, breakage sheets and stock supplies as needed. The goal is to provide positive, professional, and courteous service in a fast-paced exciting environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Service guests within one minute of their arrival, using suggestively selling and serve bar beverages responsibly, and within legal guidelines, presentation of accurate guest checks
- Perform all side work duties, to include opening, ongoing, and closing duties, perform special cleaning duties as assigned by supervisors and management
- Keep updated on current casino and restaurant promotions
QUALIFICATIONS
Must be 18 years of age or older. Previous bartending experience preferred. Must be knowledgeable of Michigan Liquor Control Commission Laws.
