We’rehiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for 3rd Shift, andwe’reespecially looking for people who can work Mondays and Wednesdays. No experience? No problem. We provide paid training and ongoingsupport,so you feel confident and prepared.

Training Requirements:

MUST be able to train for up to 4 weeks on 2nd shift
MUST be able to attend mandatory orientation
All training paid!

As a DSP, you'll

Support individuals with autism to live more independently
Encourage communication, choices, and confidence
Help with daily living needs (like hygiene and routines)
Create a positive, safe, empowering environment
Document services clearly and on time
Bring creativity, patience, and compassion to every shift

What You Need

Positivity, empathy, and patience
Strong communication and teamwork skills
MUST have a High School diploma or GED
MUST have a Valid Driver’s License (eligible for insurance)
MUST be able to commit to Day time orientation
MUST be able to train on 2nd Shift for the 1st month
