Fabrication Welder

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Welder to join our fabrication shop team. The ideal candidate will have experience welding and fabricating metal components according to drawings and specifications. This position offers steady work, a team-oriented environment, and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Perform welding and fabrication using MIG, TIG, and/or Stick processes
  
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders
  
• Cut, fit, and assemble metal components
  
• Operate shop equipment safely (grinders, saws, presses, etc.)
  
• Inspect finished work to ensure quality and accuracy
  
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
  
• Assist with loading/unloading materials as needed
  

Requirements

Qualifications

• Previous welding or fabrication experience preferred
  
• Ability to read and understand fabrication drawings
  
• Strong attention to detail and workmanship
  
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and stand for extended periods
  
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
  

Preferred (Not Required)

• CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) is a plus, but not required
  
• Forklift or overhead crane experience
  
• Welding certifications
