As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. Pay Rate: $20.69 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of healthcare facility buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, assisting with directions and access-related questions while maintaining a professional presence.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents, observations, and daily activities in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least two years of security-related experience.
• Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
