We are seeking an ambitious and entrepreneurial attorney to work on sophisticated litigation matters while developing a long-term career and taking ownership of cases from inception through resolution. This position can work on a hybrid schedule but must be in office 2-3 days per week.

Responsibilities
- Handle a broad range of real estate litigation matters, including commercial and residential property disputes, contract disputes, easement and boundary issues, landlord-tenant litigation, title disputes and quiet title actions, construction-related litigation, and foreclosure and creditor matters.
- Develop and execute case strategy in collaboration with senior attorneys.
- Draft pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, and discovery documents.
- Manage all aspects of discovery, including electronic discovery.
- Take and defend depositions.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, arbitrations, and settlement conferences in New York State and federal courts.
- Counsel clients through complex legal and business issues.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Work collaboratively across multiple practice areas to provide comprehensive solutions.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctorate from ABA-accredited law school
- 3+ years of litigation experience, preferably involving real estate matters.
- Ability to independently manage matters from inception through conclusion.Admission to the New York State Bar (Federal Court admission preferred).
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and advocacy abilities.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- A self-motivated professional with sound judgment, initiative, and a commitment to excellent client service.
