We are seeking a qualified Nuclear Medicine Technologist to perform routine diagnostic nuclear medicine procedures under general supervision. The technologist may also assist with training and leading other team members. 

Job Type: Contract
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Days, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Schedule: 5 Days/Week
Hours: 8-Hour Shifts
 
Pay Rate 
For Traveler - $3960 total weekly gross for 40 hour / week - $99/hour($48/hour W-2 taxable , $51/hour non taxable) 
For Local -     $3960 total weekly gross for 40 / hour week - $99 / hour 

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine nuclear medicine diagnostic procedures safely and accurately.
  • Prepare patients, equipment, and imaging materials for procedures.
  • Follow radiation safety and departmental protocols.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
  • Assist with training and guiding other staff as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team.
  • Participate in evening and weekend on-call coverage as required.

Requirements

  • Nuclear Medicine Technologist qualification.
  • Current New York State license/registration.
  • ARRT or CNMT certification in Nuclear Medicine, or board eligible.
  • CPR certification required.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
