Salary: $21.00/hour

About the Role 

We are looking for a proactive employee to provide instruction for LAUNCH’s Pre Employment Transition services that guide and encourage learner development in specific course objectives under the ACCES-VR contract. 


Responsibilities include:

  • Planning, preparing, and delivering lesson plans and instructional materials that facilitate active learning
  • Creating and developing curriculum
  • Addressing the individual needs of each learner by providing differentiated instruction 
  • Create a learning environment that is conductive to learning and appropriate to the maturity and interests of adult learners


Education & Experience 

Bachelor’s degree plus two years’ experience of vocational services and working with individuals with a disability, required. Enrollment in a master’s program or current MBA degree, preferred. 


Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Required skills include: active listening and effective speaking, time management, critical thinking, basic technology/e-mail, reading comprehension, effective written and verbal expression. 


Conditions of Employment

Must possess a valid driver’s license and transportation necessary to meet program needs.
