This role focuses on independent living skills, volunteering in the community and participating in hobby, club, or class of interest. This individual enjoys going to the food pantry on Tuesdays and Thursdays, she also enjoys doing girly things, like getting nails done. This ideal candidate likes to go into the community to shop and get nails done. This ideal candidate should be willing to take this individual into the community to explore her hobbies and interests. This is a part-time position, but additional hours are available with other people receiving services. at the agency. Hours and days of work: Flexible days, 11-3pm Starting pay: Starting pay $19.25/Hour and increases with years of relevant experience. Location: Syracuse, NY Qualifications Must have a valid driver's license Must be at least 18 years old Effective communication and organizational skills required. Flexibility with assignments and schedule required. Reliable transportation to arrive to job site at scheduled time. Experience working with people with Developmental Disabilities preferred. Must have technology available to download multiple apps for use in the community and abide by Indera's technology policy.
