Job Summary: The Patient Flow and Transfer Specialist assists guests when needed, ensures the spa area is stocked with supplies and amenities, and ensures the spa area is kept clean and orderly. Â
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: (Additional duties may be assigned)Â
- Stocks treatment rooms with linen/amenities Â
- Services the needs of the clients with proficiency and a pleasant demeanorÂ
- Maintains all general guest areas including supplies and cleanlinessÂ
- Greets and checks-in clientsÂ
- Escorts clients to retreat or resting areasÂ
- Keeps the client informed and comfortable throughout their visitÂ
- Assist the practitioners in contacting with their clientsÂ
- Properly opens and closes the facility each day according to standard operating procedureÂ
- Attends training and meetings as neededÂ
- Assists in all areas of the spa as neededÂ
- Maintains immaculately clean lockers, locker rooms, and relaxation areasÂ
- Maintains toiletries in retreat and shower areasÂ
- Maintain necessary supply of linen, robes, and miscellaneous amenities for clientsÂ
- Maintain tea, water and coffee stationsÂ
- Assist practitioners with clean-up of treatment roomsÂ
- Share knowledge of all spa services, treatments and programs with guests and encourage them to try new and additional servicesÂ
- Be aware of special events taking place in our fertility and Healing Arts facilitiesÂ
- Demonstrate knowledge of CNY Healing Arts practices, culture, terminology, organizational structure and philosophy as well as how that philosophy should be portrayed in the professional appearance, behavior, and integrity and opened to guest and fellow employeesÂ
- Be aware of appearance, promptness with appointments, quality of work and attitude with clientsÂ

Education/Experience: Â
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); experience in spa like setting a plus.Â

Language Ability:Â
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.Â

- Strong verbal communication with guests. Â
- Must have good attention to detail with a strong eye appeal for neatness and cleanliness. Â
- Must have a professional appearance.Â

This is a part-time position, with evening and weekend hours required.
