Receiver / Reach Truck Operator

Starting Pay: $20.60/hour with guaranteed pay increases

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM until completion
No Scheduled Weekends

We're looking for an experienced Receiver / Reach Truck Operator to join our warehouse team. If you're dependable, safety-focused, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

• Unload inbound trucks, trailers, and containers safely and efficiently
• Operate reach trucks and other warehouse equipment to move and store product
• Verify incoming shipments and ensure inventory accuracy
• Build pallets accurately and securely to prevent product damage
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Support warehouse operations as needed to ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of Reach Truck experience
• Ability to repeatedly lift, move, and carry up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
• Ability to read, write, and understand English, including identifying numbers and product information
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Commitment to workplace safety and teamwork

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience operating warehouse equipment, including forklifts and electric pallet jacks
• Certification on electric pallet jack equipment a plus
• Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS), including Infor WMS, a plus
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Additional Physical Requirements

Some positions may require working in a walk-in freezer. Team members assigned to these areas must be able to work in temperatures at or below -5°F for extended periods while wearing company-provided personal protective equipment.

• Guaranteed pay increase after 6 months
• Additional pay increase after 1 year
• Ongoing wage progression based on length of service
