Envision Hospice is looking for a dependable, organized, and team-oriented Part-Time Team Assistant to support the daily operations in our offices.
This is a hands-on position that will provide administrative and office support, assist with pre-bill audits, and help ensure our offices remain organized and running smoothly. The Team Assistant will rotate between two office locations as needed.
This position is approximately 25 hours per week, with the opportunity for additional or full-time hours based on business needs.

What You'll Do
- Provide daily administrative and office support to keep operations running smoothly.
- Rotate between two office locations to provide coverage as needed.
- Provide backup coverage for when other Team Assistance are out on PTO or unavailable.
- Answer phones, greet visitors, and provide a welcoming and professional office environment.
- Assist with mail, scanning, filing, copying, data entry, and document preparation.
- Maintain office supplies and help keep office areas organized and stocked.
- Prepare meeting spaces, materials, and patient packets as needed.
- Assist with new-hire preparation.
- Provide administrative support to HR, Intake, and Clinical, as needed
- Assist with pre-bill audits, including reviewing records for missing or incomplete information and identifying items that need follow-up.
- Help track outstanding items and communicate issues to the appropriate team members.
- Assist with employee events, meetings, celebrations, and other office activities.
- Complete general office projects, errands, and other tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Previous administrative, office, customer service, healthcare, or medical office experience preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Dependable, flexible, and willing to help wherever needed.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a busy office environment.
- Able to work independently and take initiative.
- Professional and friendly demeanor.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling employee and patient information.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel between our two office locations.
