Environment Maintenance: Keep patient rooms clean, safe, and stocked with needed supplies

Education: High school diploma or equivalent, plus completion of a state-approved nursing assistant or CNA training program.

Certifications: Valid nursing assistant certification or license (varies by region).

Interpersonal Skills: Strong empathy, patience, and clear communication.

Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long shifts and lift or move patients safely
