Warehouse Associate – 1st & 2nd Shift

LSI Staffing is partnering with a leading logistics provider supporting a major automotive manufacturing facility in Lincoln, AL. We're hiring dependable warehouse associates for both 1st and 2nd shifts.

What's in it for you?

Pay range: $15.00 to $18.00/hour
90-day temp-to-hire. You'll start with a trial period. During that time, LSI and the client's management team work closely together to make sure you're a good fit, are reliable, and want to become a full-time associate.

Pay increases after 90 days upon conversion of temp to hire period.

Shift Options

1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM.
2nd Shift: Monday through Friday, 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
Weekend work required as needed.
Overtime is mandatory.

Position Details

Temp-to-hire, full-time work available.
$15.00 to $18.00/hour – Depending on role and shift.
Forklift operation – Will train if necessary, but experience is welcomed.
Picking, packing, scanning, and sorting parts (Will train).
Frequent walking, bending, reaching, and pushing.

Qualifications

No high school diploma or GED required.
Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred.
