Systems Administrator

Coosa Valley Electric Cooperative, Inc. is seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to keep critical technology secure, reliable and recoverable for the cooperative and its telecommunications and propane subsidiaries. Reporting to the Manager of Technology, this position manages Windows servers, three Active Directory domains, virtualization platforms, enterprise storage and backup systems. Responsibilities include maintaining system performance, applying security updates, testing recovery capabilities and automating routine tasks with PowerShell. The ideal candidate is a methodical troubleshooter who takes initiative, documents work clearly and remains calm during outages.
