Candidates must be:
- Self-motivated and driven.
- A fast learner with a positive attitude.
- Mechanically skilled with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-orientated with experience in accurate data recording.
- Experienced with proper use of gauges and tooling (preferred).
Summary of essential job responsibilities and duties:
- Set up dies and downstream equipment.
- Load materials.
- Read prints and blueprints.
- Read calipers accurately.
- Produce and continuously monitor product per customer and internal specifications.
- Maintain accurate recording of production data.
- Package finished goods.
- Follow all company policies.
- Keep work area clean and neat.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements
High School Diploma or GEDÂ
Abilities Required
- Standing 1-8 hrs. per day
- Lifting 1-35 lbs.
