• Utilizes health databases to document notes, study accounts, and communicate with necessary parties to ensure outstanding balances are prevented and collected
• Monitors quality performance trends by maintaining reports up-to-date
• Aids patients with treatment plans by communicating with health professionals to provide referrals, coordinating home care and DME services, and assists with the transition of care management
