**Located onsite in Lakeland, FL**

The Electrical Assembler is responsible for the precise assembly and wiring of electrical components and systems according to blueprints, schematics, and work orders. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, a strong understanding of electrical principles, and the ability to use various tools and equipment for assembly and testing.

 Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Assembly: Read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and blueprints to assemble electrical systems, including panels, junction boxes, and sub-assemblies.
  • Wiring: Cut, strip, and mount wires, connect terminals, and perform sub-assembly and final assembly wiring with high accuracy.
  • Component Installation: Install and secure electrical components such as switches, relays, circuit breakers, and other hardware using specified methods. 
  • Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, and perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment.
  • Quality Control: Inspect work to ensure it meets quality and safety standards and collaborate with quality assurance teams.

 Required Skills/Abilities: 

  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
  • Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and electrical assembly equipment.
  • Experience with soldering and crimping techniques.
  • Familiarity with testing procedures and basic troubleshooting.
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
  • Ability to work from detailed instructions and follow safety protocols.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous manufacturing experience
