Field Machinery Technician

Viridian Staffing's Client is looking for acustomer-obsessed Field Equipment Service Technician to provide on-site training globallyfor an equipment manufacturing company based out of the Tampa, Florida,area. This position is based in Tampa, Florida, and in office attendanceis required unless traveling.

You will use yourproblem solving and active listening skills to onboard and educate newcustomers, listen and document their feedback and partner with internal teamsto help them understand the end user experience so continuous improvement isachieved. You will also use your 2+ years of experience in training developmentand delivery, to provide a training experience that ensures the ongoing successof the use of purchased products. As an electrical or mechanical Subject MatterExpert (SME), you will develop and implement training programs and assist themwith troubleshooting, both virtually and in person. 

You're known foryour exceptional communication skills, along with your ability to build lastingrelationships with customers. You are able to use your background in electricalor mechanical tech support, along with your active listening and analytical skills,to understand customers' pain points and troubleshoot these issues. If you areknown for your attention to detail, constant quest for improvement, are aproactive thinker and are able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, then thiscould be the right role for you.  This role requires the individualto have a current driver's license, passport, and also requires up to 75%travel.

Compensation:  $23-$25/hour
