Description
Â
The Integrated Marketing Lead will serve as a hands-on contributor responsible for executing a wide range of marketing initiatives across content, events, digital marketing, communications, research, and project management. This role is designed for a highly organized, action-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can independently manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of quality and responsiveness.Â
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can shift between strategy and execution, produce a large volume of work, and consistently move projects forward with limited supervision.Â
ResponsibilitiesÂ
Content & Communications Â
- Draft and edit email campaigns, newsletters, invitations, and sales materials for a high-net-worth and executive audienceÂ
- Create and maintain presentation decks, including materials presented directly to executive leadership and clientsÂ
- Coordinate social media content calendarsÂ
- Write website content and landing page updatesÂ
- Support executive communications and thought leadership effortsÂ
- Maintain consistency with Vault's brand voice and positioning across all materials, calibrated to a sophisticated, affluent audienceÂ
Event & Hospitality Marketing Â
- Coordinate marketing support for client events, conferences, dinners, and sponsorships — including both high-volume, lead-generation events and smaller, relationship-driven client gatherings, which require different tracking approaches and a different toneÂ
- Manage invitations, registration tracking, attendee communications, and post-event follow-up, with attention to the discretion and personalization expected by high-net-worth clientsÂ
- Own vendor selection and budget tracking for events, including sourcing and quality evaluationÂ
- Assist with branded merchandise and promotional material procurementÂ
- Brief internal stakeholders (BDMs, leadership) on event positioning, tone, and messaging ahead of each activationÂ
- Develop sales enablement materials — one-pagers, leave-behinds, and follow-up content — to support BDMs before and after eventsÂ
- Partner with BDMs to ensure event conversations are captured and translated into appropriate follow-up campaignsÂ
Digital Marketing Â
- Update website content and digital assetsÂ
- Manage email marketing campaignsÂ
- Own campaign tagging and attribution structure in HubSpot, connecting event and campaign activity to downstream quotes and bound policiesÂ
- Track campaign performance metricsÂ
- Support paid media efforts and SEO initiativesÂ
- Coordinate marketing automation activitiesÂ
Project Management & Production Â
- Manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlinesÂ
- Serve as liaison between marketing, business leaders, vendors, and creative partnersÂ
- Maintain marketing calendars and production schedulesÂ
- Ensure projects move from concept through execution quickly and efficientlyÂ
Market Research & Reporting Â
- Conduct competitive analysisÂ
- Compile campaign metrics and executive summariesÂ
- Track marketing KPIs, including both standard funnel metrics (opens, clicks, conversions) and relationship-based outcomes for high-touch events (referrals, repeat attendance, relationship-stage progression)Â
- Identify opportunities for new campaigns and initiativesÂ
Requirements
 Experience & QualificationsÂ
RequiredÂ
- 5–10+ years of marketing experienceÂ
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to write for a sophisticated, high-net-worth, and executive audienceÂ
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneouslyÂ
- Exceptional organizational skillsÂ
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and PowerPointÂ
- Experience with CRM and email marketing platformsÂ
- Ability to work independently and prioritize effectivelyÂ
- Willingness and ability to travel for multi-day, in-person eventsÂ
PreferredÂ
- Insurance, luxury brand, or professional services experience — specifically, prior experience marketing to or communicating with high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth individualsÂ
- Experience with relationship-driven, high-touch client events (as distinct from trade-show or lead-gen event marketing)Â
- Familiarity with HubSpot, SEMrush, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platformsÂ
- Event planning experienceÂ
- Social media management experienceÂ
