Position Summary
The Licensed Loan Partner plays a critical role in our mortgage operation by serving as the first point of contact for prospective clients. This position is responsible for managing inbound and outbound communication, gathering initial borrower information, and guiding clients through the early stages of the loan process. The Licensed Loan Partner ensures a high level of service, responsiveness, and accuracy, helping convert inquiries into pre-approved clients.
Key Responsibilities
•   Respond promptly to all inbound leads via phone, text, and emailÂ
•   Initiate outbound calls to new and existing prospectsÂ
•   Conduct initial client conversations to gather relevant financial and personal informationÂ
•   Clearly explain next steps in the mortgage processÂ
•   Collect and organize required documentation for pre-approvalÂ
•   Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM systemÂ
•   Follow up consistently to ensure all opportunities are fully developedÂ
•   Communicate effectively with internal team members and referral partnersÂ
•   Provide a high level of customer service throughout the intake processÂ

Preferred Experience
•   Previous experience in mortgage, real estate, banking, or financial services is a plus but not requiredÂ
•   Existing NMLS mortgage license or ability to obtain license within first 90 days of employment
•   Background in high-volume customer service, sales, or administrative roles is beneficialÂ
