Responsibilities

Coordinate daily operational activities
Monitor schedules and workflow
Track shipments and service performance
Maintain operational records and reports
Communicate with vendors and partners
Resolve operational issues promptly

Qualifications

2+ years of operations experience
Strong organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
