Paralegal

The paralegal will perform a wide variety of tasks which includes providing a high level of customer service and support, while consistently producing an excellent work product. The paralegal maintains general knowledge of the Litigation practice groups and a specialized knowledge of the assigned attorneys’ practice area(s) and clients in order to ensure extraordinary client satisfaction. 

Hybrid and in-office candidates will be considered.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of substantive experience in defense products liability.
• Experience with scheduling.
• Previous trial experience.
• Knowledge of Federal and State court rules.
• Previous experience tracking and recording billable hours.
• Experience with legal software desired (i.e. Xera, Relativity). 
• Solid computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Candidates must also have strong written and verbal communication skills, client-oriented focus, professional demeanor, initiative, analytical thinking and attention to detail.
