Chicken Salad Chick is hiring two experienced Restaurant General Managers to join our Tampa-area team!

We're looking for motivated, hands-on leaders who know how to build strong teams, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and drive restaurant success.

What You'll Do

• Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellent guest service, food quality, and cleanliness.

• Recruit, train, coach, and develop high-performing restaurant teams.

• Manage scheduling, labor costs, inventory, and operational expenses.

• Drive sales growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.

• Provide leadership and operational support at assigned restaurant locations as needed.

• Maintain food safety standards and company policies.

• Build a positive, accountable work environment that supports employee retention.

• Identify opportunities to improve restaurant performance and guest satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of restaurant General Manager experience preferred.

• Proven experience managing restaurant operations and leading teams.

• Strong understanding of labor management, inventory, food costs, and profitability.

• Experience hiring, training, and developing employees.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to adapt to different restaurant environments.

• A hands-on leadership style and commitment to exceptional guest service.
